1. On cancellation of any order, Shubhkanya will deduct 5% of the purchase price and refund the balance amount to you.

2. The refund amount will be credited back in your account within 7 to 10 working days.
 
3. No refund  will be given once the product have been delivered to you. 

4. Should you change your mind after receiving the shipment, you can place a request to exchange it for another product within 7 days in the shop.

5. Any tampering of the product will not be accepted, no exchange or return will be accepted in these cases.

6. All exchange of the products will be done in the shop.
